‘Gracious’, from Leeds based songwriter Richard Bailey. Featuring the vocals of ‘Lifford Shillingford,’ well noted for his work with many established producers from Joey Negro to the Artful Dodger featuring on the garage anthem ‘Please Don’t Turn Me On,’ as well as more recently appearing on the final stages of Britain’s Got Talent.

Producer Tom Funk returns to remix duties, based on lyrical ideas initially presented by Richard Bailey. ‘Gracious’ (Tom Funk Mix) has a nostalgic flavour, inspired by the likes of the UK’s Loose Ends and Soul II Soul, borrowing much from the past but still retaining the 21st century vibe. UK Garage pioneer, ‘DJ Fen’ and Broken Beat producer, ‘Fradinho’ add extra doses of beats and bass, moving floors with their own remixes of this future soul classic.
